Procemex monitoring system for fault reduction

Recently, Procemex Ltd has signed a contract with the paper mills of Navigator Setúbal and CELBI in Portugal for the delivery of two systems for monitoring the manufacturing process. The commissioning of the system at NAVIGATOR was in December 2018, and at CELBI in February 2019.

This new high resolution camera system will substantially increase quality monitoring and reduce downtime, thereby improving the positioning of the two companies in the market.

The systems installed by MONTESI have 16 cameras installed in the Navigator unit in Setúbal and 12 cameras installed in CELBI in Figueira da Foz. These works where followed up of the work done by MONTESI in the Navigator unit in Figueira da Foz, with the installation of 24 high resolution cameras in 2017.
